Alta received these heart patterns from her friend as a birthday present. They are designed by Wilna de Beer. Alta changed her layout and made the quilt her own.
Alta well done its a real masterpiece.

This beautiful quilt was made by Annatjie. She is a very busy granny and still gets time for her hobby. Well done. Keep up the great work.

Alta showed us a quilt

 she made a long time ago. How cute is it. It was a beginner quilt and they had to design the blocks themselves.

Here are a couple of photos she brough to show us. There was a quilt that she made about 10 years ago. She showed us how the colour had faded even when the quilt never got sun. Enjoy the photos.

CHRISTMAS

We all got a goody bag with our name on. We normally give a birthday gift of 10"×10" pieces of fabric. Now we give it at Christmas. So we all went home with a bag of prezzies.

Tannie Rina. Our precious member. She started Rafels and tought us all we know. She is the most amazing lady with a wonderful sense of humour. We love her to bits.
